The Tennessee Titans are heading to Pittsburgh Thursday night. Titans' rookie QB Will Levis torched the Falcons defense in his debut, tossing 4 touchdown passes in a 28-23 win. Pittsburgh is coming off an ugly loss to Jacksonville in which their offense could not get anything going and Kenny Pickett suffered a rib injury.
I expect Pittsburgh to win a low-scoring game. Pickett is going to be heavily medicated and motivated. Remember, the Titans passed on him in the 2021 draft in favor of Treylon Burks. Pittsburgh will be missing star safety Minka Fitzpatrick, but their pass rush ought to dominate Tennessee's. I tend to believe Levis' performance was a little fluky and I feel comfortable fading a rookie QB on the road on a short week.
The Steelers will cover the spread and George Pickens is going to catch a jump ball in the end zone.
Official Picks:
Steelers -3
George Pickens Anytime TD +100
nice insight on the 2021 draft. I think the Tits made the right decision passing on Pickett.
