Monday Night Football Prediction

Jets vs. Chargers

This is a pretty intriguing matchup of two squads that have frustrated their fans and supporters because their flaws have held them back from being higher in the standings. The Jets will be at home tonight and they have managed a respectable 4-3 record without Aaron Rodgers. All the credit goes to their elite defense. They've caused problems for some of the best quarterbacks in the league, like Jalen Hurts, Josh Allen, and even Patrick Mahomes. Their offense, on the other hand, is rough to watch at times. As far as starting QBs go, Zach Wilson is pretty mediocre. For the 3-4 Chargers, their defense has been the issue. They are ranked at the bottom of the league. They are especially susceptible in the secondary. I just do not think Wilson has the ability to attack that on a consistent basis, and especially not if Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack can generate some pressure off the edges. 5 of the Jets' 7 games have gone under 41 points. On the other side, I believe the New York defense will present problems for Justin Herbert, and Zach Wilson will keep the clock moving with checkdowns and handoffs.

Game Prediction: Under 41 Total Points (-110)
