Liga MX Predicciones Sabado

Tigres vs. Atletico San Luis

Despite currently being in second on the Apertura table, Tigres is without doubt the best club in the league. They are coming off a surprising 2-0 loss to Xolos, but I attribute that result to fatigue following several cup matches. San Luis had a surprisingly great start to this Apertura, but they are beginning to fall down the table. They've lost 6 of their past 8 matches. Tigres has a lineup full of stars, headlined by Gignac, and one of the top goalkeepers in the league in Guzman. I expect them to display their power tonight. I am predicting a 4-1 victory for Tigres at home.

Prediction: Tigres -1.5 (+115)

America vs. Tijuana

Speaking of star power, America, the top club on the Liga table, has plenty of it. They are stacked, particularly up front, with the talents of Julian Quinones, Henry Martin, and Jonathan Rodriguez. They have not yet lost during this season. I think they are going to handle Tijuana from the home comforts of Estadio Azteca easily in this one. I see a 3-0 result.

Prediction: America to Win and Over 2.5 Total Goals (-130).

Chivas vs. Cruz Azul

Cruz Azul's season started in a disappointing way, but they have started to show improvement recently. A big part of that has been the play of Uriel Antuna and Angel Sepulveda. Sepulveda, who came over from Queretaro in August, has settled in nciely with his new club. He has 9 goals in 12 matches and I expect him to continue his fine play.

Prediction: Angel Sepulveda to Score Anytime (+200)

Pachuca vs. Monterrey

Monterrey has been able to survive several key injuries and currently sit 3rd in the Apertura table. I believe they are now in position to push their rivals, Tigres, for second in the table, thanks to the recent return of their exciting forward German Berterame. Berterame was injured in the pointless Leagues Cup, but before he went down he was addicted to goals. He scored six goals in three matches before the injury. He looks to have regained that form after tallying a goal in the last Rayados win over Necaxa. I predict Berterame will score tonight.

Prediction: German Berterame to Score Anytime (+240)
